The second question, "Two sensible Muslims drank khamr, and one of them was sentenced to hadd, and the other was freed from hadd?"  The answer to the second question, "One of them has reached the age of puberty and the other is still a child." 

The third question, "Five men committed adultery with a woman. The first person was sentenced to death, the second person was sentenced to stoning, the third person was sentenced to hadd, the fourth person was sentenced to half hadd and the fifth person was not sentenced to anything.  "  The answer to the third question, "The first person considers adultery lawful, so he is considered an apostate, then he must be sentenced to death. The second person is a muhsan (already legally married), the third person is not a muhsan, the fourth person is a muhsan but  a slave, the fifth person is a lunatic.”
