The Bravery of a Young Man, Part 1 (Hari ke-89)
When al Hajjaj ibn Yusuf ats-Tsaqafi - a man who was notorious for being very despotic, cruel and a cold-blooded killer - was sitting in his minzharah (the room above the house that served as a place to look all over the city) of his house, from which he could seeing people passing by in the city of Iraq, a young man was brought to him.
When the young man was invited in, he did not care about al-Hajjaj and completely ignored him. He was even absorbed in seeing the splendor and wonders of the minzharah building. The young man looked to the right and left, then he said," Build ye on every high place a monument for vain delight. And seek ye out strongholds, that haply ye may last forever?" (Asy-Syu'ara ' , 128-129)
