At night the king couldn't sleep well because of the pain on his fingers. So some traditional healers were invited to treat him.  They suggested that the king's fingers should be cut off.  However, after his fingers were cut off, the king still couldn't sleep well because the poison had spread to his hands.  The healers suggested that the king's hand should be amputated.  So the king's hand was amputated  But still the king couldn't sleep.  In fact he was screaming in pain even more and asking for help.  The healers suggested that the king's arm should be cut off.  After his arm had been cut off, the king felt calm. He was free from physical suffering. 

However, his soul still felt uneasy.  The healers learned  the condition of the king's soul and advised him to meet with some wise pious men. So the king went to meet one of the pious people and told him the story of the fish he had gotten from the fisherman.  The pious man said, "Your Majesty will not recover unless the fisherman is willing to forgive." 

So the king immediately went to find the fisherman.  Then the king said what he had experienced to the fisherman and asked the fisherman to forgive him.  The fisherman forgave the king.  Then the king asked him curiously, "At that time, what did you say about me?" The fisherman replied, "I did not say anything but only one sentence," O Allah, the king has shown his power to me,  then please show your power to him."
