Nunung Mintarsih, S.Pd, M.Hum, Kepala SMAN 1 Plaosan yang Penuh Prestasi Global
Menelisik profil sosok guru cantik yang berpenampilan tenang, anggun dan ramah ini, pasti kita tidak menyangka bahwa beliau ternyata penuh dengan capaian prestasi yang luar biasa baik nasional maupun global.
Ibu Nunung Mintarsih, S.Pd., M.Hum., adalah nama lengkapnya dan sering dipanggil dengan nama akrab 'bu Nunung' oleh sahabat guru maupun murid-muridnya.
Dilahirkan di kota Pahlawan, Surabaya pada bulan Agustus 1971 dan merupakan alumnus program S1 Bahasa Jerman IKIP Surabaya dan S2 Ilmu Susastra Universitas Indonesia. Keren, kan!
Ibu Nunung, terhitung tahun 2024 sampai saat ini menjabat sebagai Kepala SMAN 1 Plaosan, Magetan yang sebelumnya bertugas menjadi guru di SMAN 1 Maospati.
Semua itu berkat prestasi dan predikat yang diraih oleh beliau seperti Penerima Beasiswa S2 dari Goethe Institut Jerman, Juara 3 Guru Prestasi tk. Provinsi 2017, Juara 3 Inovasi Pembelajaran tk. Nasional 2017, dan Guru Berdedikasi dan Berprestasi (Short course di Jerman) tahun 2019.
Apalagi pengalaman bu Nunung yang pernah ditunjuk sebagai Instruktur Nasional Kurikulum 2013 (2013-2017), Pengajar Praktik PGP Angk. 4, Fasilitator PGP ang. 9 dan 11, Penyusun Instrumen Model Kompetensi K.S tahun 2023, Guru Penggerak Recognisi Angk. 11.
Mencermati semua itu, rasanya tidak salah bila beliau diangkat menjadi 'Nahkoda' yang harus mengangkat layar prestasi anak didiknya di kapal SMAN 1 Plaosan agar bisa berkibar menghadapi tantangan ombak dan badai perubahan iklim di dunia pendidikan global. Dengan kemampuannya, diyakini beliau pasti mampu mengemban amanah berat tersebut.
Saat saya bertugas lawatan ke Jerman, Eropa bersama ibu Nunung pada tahun 2016-2017, sudah terlihat semua aspek kompetensi beliau dalam kegiatan Seminar Pendidikan Internasional di kampus Karlsruhe Institute fur Technologie (KIT) dan juga di event yang sama di beberapa negara Eropa lainnya seperti Perancis, Belgia, Swiss, dan Belanda.
Semua pengalaman beliau itu tertuang dalam karya bukunya yang sudah dterbitkan seperti berbagai Jurnal ilmiah Pendidikan, Buku Nonfiksi seperti Leer Inspiration, Bukan Guru Biasa, Goethe dan Islam, dan 17 Tage im Traum,. Sedangkan Buku Fiksinya antara lain Dongeng bilingual Annabelle, Novel Istana di atas Bukit. Hebat, kan?
Belum lagi jabatannya sebagai Ketua Tim penggerak PKK dan juga Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kabupaten Madiun sebagai istri dari Bapak Sodiq, seorang ASN dengan level eselon di Pemkab. Madiun, sungguh membuat ibu Nunung harus pandai membagi waktu untuk semua aktivitasnya bisa berjalan lancar.
Tidak heran, melihat berbagai kesibukan karena tugas beliau menjadi seorang kepala sekolah, sosok yang juga seorang gurusianer ini menjadi kurang aktif untuk muncul di platform media gurusiana dan berbagi ilmunya melalui artikel yang selalu ditunggu oleh para pembaca setianya.
