The hall of Hospitality UNP is on fire because of the spirit of all participants of Media Guru Writing Camp 6th West Sumatra. This event is attended by students, teachers, headmasters and supervisors from West Sumatra and some are from outside of West Sumatra such as Aceh, Medan, and Java. MWC 6th is held from 26th until 29 January 2018 due to facilitate the teachers to produce a book.

The head of official education, Drs. Burhasman, M.M opened the event officially. In his speech, he said that the DNA of West Sumatra is the scientist and ‘ulama’ then he could see it from the spirit of the participants. The education department will facilitate teachers to launch their books on the national education day on 2nd May 2018. This support makes the CEO of Media Guru, Mohammad Ihsan, and the facilitators, Eko Prasetyo dan Wiwik Puspitasari are in full spirit to motivate the participants to begin their book. There are some assignments given to the participants such as starting to write the synopsis, writing their book at least 10 pages and writing an article about MWC 6th at gurusiana.com.

During the camp, the participants are ‘forced’ to start their book. The spirit given by the facilitator could make the participants are on fire to finish their assignments. One of the participants, Tri Kartini, a teacher from SMA 1 Sitiung said, “ I am impressed joining this great program because all participants are forced to write whatever we want to write”
